Thank you for your review. We use BPA Free plastic jars because they are safe to use, like all plastic jars you find in your local grocery stores. This is how we provide free shipping without the extra cost that comes with trying to protect a glass jar from breaking during shipping. Also, glass jars are not safe to put in a freezer, because after a while. The glass may crack or even break and now you have to throw away your saved sea moss gel. We know that other companies use glass jars, but we're changing the standards of quality and safety from the inside out. We're happy that you were one of our 7000+ customers that experienced the high-quality sea moss gel that we put in every jar.

Hello David, thank you for the 5-star review. We would like to apologize for the "Extremely slow shipping". Normally, customers receive their orders within 2-4 days, depending on where they are located in the USA after it's dropped off at USPS or UPS. For some reason, USPS took your package through the BISMARCK ND DISTRIBUTION CENTER instead of directly through the SIOUX FALLS SD DISTRIBUTION CENTER. This could of added a day or two to the shipping time. Unfortunately, we don't have control over shipping once it leaves our facility. I hope this helps and addresses what happened with the delay in receiving your package.
