Ingeborg also went to the trouble of placing a hand written note in the hat box. Such a lovely touch that was greatly appreciated. Will certainly be looking to do business again!!!!

All designs by Atelier Ingeborg Steenhorst are created with the greatest care, love and devotion for you and planet earth. Every item is handmade and one of a kind. In case an design is made in limited edition, it is stated in the item description.

Payment
All prices include 21% VAT (Dutch rate). Prices do NOT include shipping costs. You will receive an e-mail notification of your order with total billing information including the shipping costs.
CANCELLATIONS:
According to EU Law European customers have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days. To do so, simply send us an e-mail with your payment details (name, shipping address and item description). In case your order is already shipped:
You simply refuse the delivery of your order. In that case, your order will be returned and we will proceed a refund. It might be that the courier is charging you a fee for refusal. Ingeborg Steenhorst cannot be hold responsible for the payment of this fee. If you have already received your order, please contact us within 14 days after the delivery, prior to return your product.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of receiving the returned item and will be made by paypal refund policy or bank transfer. Refunds will exclude the shipping costs of the order. Possible costs of transaction for the refund will also be deducted from the amount refunded.
Shipping
Headdresses, fascinators and headpieces will be delivered in a hard cover hat case.
All other items like accessories, jewellery or clothing will be delivered in appropriate packaging.
Your order will be send within 72 hours after receiving your payment.
All packages are dispatch via Dutch Post Service.
RISK OF LOSS:
The risk of loss or damage to parcels pass on to the carrier upon delivery to the carrier. In case of damage or loss Ingeborg Steenhorst can not be hold responsible.
