Created by mother-daughter team Sue Schiavone and Karen Schiavone of Jamestown, New York, It’s Random focuses on delivering high-quality, affordable, one-of-a-kind creations.

Our vision for It’s Random originated on the shores of the Outer Banks, North Carolina, after many years of experience in shopping in towns with “cute little shops.” You know the type. They sell seashells, Vera Bradley, flip-flops, birdhouses, lamps, jewelry, painted glassware, antiques, etc. (and usually at overinflated prices). Having backgrounds in all things arts and crafts (notwithstanding our accounting and legal day jobs), we resolved to create our own “cute little shop” as an outlet for our creative energy, which we simply cannot express between the hours of nine and five.

And so, It’s Random was born.
