Hi. Thanks for the feedback. I will take it on board. I am surprised however you knocked me down 2 stars for a better quality product. The listing description does say it is 100% cotton. Glad you love the design :)

I send all UK orders first class signed for and all International orders Tracked and Signed for (Or just tracked if a signed for option isn't available for your country).
I am not held accountable for any delayed orders Internationally as Customs is entirely out of my hands.
This is something you will have to chase up yourself.
All tracking numbers for orders are available on request!
If they have attempted delivery you should contact your local postal office to either arrange a redelivery or to go and collect it. I am no longer reliable if a delivery has been attempted, it is up to you to retrieve the parcel or to make a claim if necesssry.
Any orders sent back to me will unfortunately not be refunded (You can however opt to pay the delivery charge and a 20% handling fee (of the order amount) again and I will send it back out to you no problem!)
If your item appears lost (UK post- 10 working days after due date, and INTERNATIONAL post- 25 working days after due date) then I will refund that for you and make a claim on your behalf after the timescale mentioned, or send a replacement order to you.
