We're the family tech-support line — and we're in the sandwich.
If you know, you know. You're shuttling kids between soccer, gymnastics, and a birthday party, and the phone rings: the DVR is frozen. The cell phone “won't ring.” And it's a drive across town, at the least convenient moment imaginable, for a fix that takes ninety seconds once you're standing there.
Kitchen Table Guides started with the notebook we kept for our own parents — steps written out big, taped inside the TV cabinet, stuck on the fridge. The reboot that always works. The setting that makes the words readable. The scam rules nobody argues with.
Here's how it works in real life: buy the guide, print it, staple it, and bring it over on your next visit. Walk through it together once — and the next time something freezes, the answer is already in the TV cabinet, in print big enough to actually read. Fewer emergency drives. Fewer “I hate to bother you” calls. More of the good ones.
Plain language. Real large print. One calm step at a time.
And is there a guide you wish existed — some gadget at your parents' house that defeats the whole family? Message us. This shop grows one frozen DVR at a time, and the best ideas come from other families in the sandwich.
And if the guide earns its place in the TV cabinet at your parents' house the way it has at ours, a review means the world to a small shop like this one — it's how the next person in the sandwich finds us.

I'm buying this as a gift — how does that work?
Every guide is an instant PDF download, so there's nothing to ship and no wrapping deadline. After checkout, download the file, print it at home (regular paper is fine — the big print loves a 3-ring binder), and it's ready to give. Buying for two parents? The Family Pack and Complete Library cover both phones in one purchase.
