Good quality, arrived timely and seller was responsive to my concerns over the possibility of tariffs and other extra shipping costs…would definitely do business with this seller again.

I absolutely love this curtain rod & couldn’t be happier w/my purchase! I was starting to panic because every big-box store I checked was completely out of stock. I was so relieved when I found it available through this Etsy shop! I was initially hesitant to purchase such a unique item online, but the seller was incredibly responsive to my messages, answered all of my questions, & went above & beyond to get my order to me as quickly as possible. Her communication, helpfulness, & genuine focus on customer service made my decision to purchase from her so much easier. The curtain rod arrived quickly, was packaged carefully, & is exactly as pictured. The quality is excellent, it is sturdy & beautifully made, & it looks perfect! Thank you so much for providing AMAZING customer service & for making this purchase so easy!! 😁😁

The rods were as described and arrived sooner than expected. They were easy to install but lacked adequate instructions. I have purchased six of these rods and on two of them the pull cord came out. This is an easy fix, but you have to take everything down and it’s annoying. The knots which hold the cords in place need to be better secured. I wish the description would tell how far the rods extend out from the brackets. Overall I would recommend these rods.
