Payment options
I accept payments only via PayPal. I want to note that you can make a payment via PayPal without having a PayPal account.
Here's how to do it:
1) Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
2) You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.
3) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
4) Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Etsy.
Packaging
All products are carefully and securely packed in cardboard boxes for long-distance deliveries.
Order preparation for shipment
Almost all products have a period of preparation for shipment from 1 to 5 business days. Products that are made to order are prepared within 7-14 business days.
We always try to prepare your order as quickly as possible and strive to avoid delays. However, it is worth noting that Saturday, Sunday and holidays don't count. We hope you understand that preparation and delivery are different processes that require their time.

All goods in my store produced in Ukraine and delivered from Ukraine. Below I give the average statistics of delivery times to different regions of the world, which are indicated by the state mail of Ukraine:
United Kingdom: 12-20 business days
Canada: 4-6 weeks
Mexico: 18-25 business days
USA: 7-14 business days
Europe: 12-18 business days
Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania: 4-6 weeks
Asia Pacific: 15-25 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 24-28 business days
North Africa and the Middle East: 21-30 business days
Delivery information
Please note that in case of a grammatical error in specifying the delivery address, I cannot be held responsible for the undelivered parcel.
It should be noted that after sending your parcel, it leaves the territory of my country in 4-6 days (as a rule) and enters the postal delivery service of your country.
Sometimes there are delays, and your parcel does not arrive on time. This is due to the overload of postal services, especially on holidays. Do not worry, Etsy sends to you an email notification with track number included.
Having a tracking number you can track the parcel using any service for International Postal tracking.
But in any case, I will do everything possible to speed up the despatch of your order.
Care instructions
You can use the FAST SHIPPING service. To do this, select the option of FAST SHIPPING in the list of products of my store and add it in addition to the purchase of product.
Delivery time 3-6 days, but do not forget about the period of preparation for shipment.
Return & Exchange
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the item will be exchanged. Exchange can NOT proceed until we receive the original product in good condition. In case of returning the product back to us, a refund will proceed WHEN the product is received by us in a good condition.
