Welcome to Maravillosa en Rosa!
All paintings are original artwork that was created either by watercolor or acrylic. I use the best quality paints so that you I can insure you will be able to enjoy your art work for a very long time!

Home decor is created using heat press vinyl and image transfer. I used a heat press to adhere all lettering and art work.

I love to create pretty art works ..anything cute! Especially if there is some pink in it! :)

Retouren zijn geen probleem

Stuur items terug binnen: 21 dagen na levering
Ik accepteer geen ruilingen of annuleringen
Maar neem alsjeblieft contact met me op als er problemen met je bestelling zijn.
De volgende items mogen niet geretourneerd of geruild worden
Wegens de aard van deze items kan ik, tenzij ze bij levering beschadigd of defect zijn, geen retouren accepteren van:

  • Bederfelijke waren (zoals voedsel en bloemen)

Details retouren en ruilingen
I will replace a product once proof is provided that the product has arrived damaged. The product will be sent as to prevent handling damage. I will gladly refund or exchanged an item if it is only damage from creating it. I do not make the bags or pillows so I cannot be held liable for the zippers over time or stitch work. I solely work with vinyl and transfer.

Betaling
Forms of payment are only through Pay pal. However if you are local and contact me I can also do an email transfer.
Verzending
I send all my products via regular mail unless you want an item sooner rather than later then please contact me as I will have to adjust the shipping costs.
If you are local and near to the studio you can pick up your product and I will deduct the cost of shipping. Please contact me if you are local.

All my items because shipped through Canada Post I cannot guarantee an exact time once I have shipped it. Especially if it crosses the border. Here in Canada it is usually 5-10 business days. I am not responsible for extra custom costs.

If you would like to have tracking on your item then please contact me before purchasing so that I can adjust the shipping. Please note the shipping will go up for tracking a parcel.

Items sometimes do get delayed when they are in Postal hands due to weather, unforeseen circumstances , holidays etc.

Items will be shipped to the address and information that the customer has provided. If you want the package reshipped, customer is responsible for shipping.

Care instructions

When washing pillow covers etc . please turn them inside out and in cold water. Do not put them in the dryer. This will give you best results.

Custom and personalized orders

Please allow 24 hours to respond to your request. I will offer 3 changes before final product is delivered. There is no refund for custom orders or personalized orders. Thank you for your understanding.
