We cannot accept returns on cut fabric however do get in touch if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase. If any item in your order arrives damaged please get in touch with a description and photo of the damage. Please do not wash the fabric at all if it arrives damaged. We will happily replace damaged items.

We are shipping as usual from Monday to Friday however Japan Post has informed us of delivery delays of up to several weeks or longer, due to reduced airline services caused by the pandemic. All customs and import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and parcels will be marked as merchandise. We cannot mark any parcel as a gift, or declare a lower value on the customs forms. Please ensure you take into account any potential import taxes and fees before you place your order.

When you place an order from us, we will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Etsy. We will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send us a message using the contact button on Etsy we will receive your username and email address.

The only circumstances in which we will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. We will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which we may share your data are:
• With Etsy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfill your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.

We will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and we will securely store any data collected during that period. We may also be required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. We retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for seven years. After this time we will delete your data from our records.

We have no access to your payment account details as PayPal processes your order. Your information will be stored on the Etsy system as long as we have our store on Etsy or until Etsy deletes it. We will not spam you or solicit you using the information provided to us.

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way we handle your data.
