Modish started many years ago as a fun creative process. It's still that today. I love making earrings. I love being creative. Sharing something I love with others is just the best.
As for the overall style of Modish, my eye is always drawn to fun and colorful stuff. However, sometimes it's all about, <less is more>. Modish earrings mostly utilize seed beads and metals. You will also find some fiber work.
From the beginning stages of creating a unique design to playing with color to the actual bead work, I love the whole process.
One of my other loves is to travel the world. While traveling, you can find me exploring little local shops and markets. Meeting new makers, buying their goods and bringing home new inspiration, brings me joy. And to me, this is the best souvenir.
