Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I’m really sorry the sizing of the template wasn’t what you expected and that you couldn’t change it. That’s not the kind of experience I want anyone to have. I’d love to fix this for you would you be open to a replacement with improved sizing, or a full refund? Just let me know what works best for you. Thank you for giving me the chance to make it right.
