The shoes are awesome. She did a great job on the design after some additional dialogue. So the shoes are a 5/5 Upon receiving the shoes the first time and realizing an error was made on the design. I did pay to have them sent back after having paid and extra 20$ for expedited. I’m thankful she was able to fix the mistake but felt a little slighted that i had to pay to send back the shoes and was not reimbursed. Thus 4/5 on customer service Overall would order from her again as she does good work.

There were a few issues with communication and shipping time, but I still got them in time for my wedding and they look and fit perfectly! Rachel also was very helpful in making up for the delay in arrival. I would suggest to make sure you order early, but I think barring any future hurricanes hitting her area, it should be fine! :) Would order from her again!

Issues with American postal to UK, not down to seller. Her commitment to ensure my purchase arrived was extremely admirable. Excellent quality product, would recommend!

Its nice.. looks more like a image printed from a computer, the quality is fuzzy to me.. yes I know it's a print I saw an image left by another review and guess I thought it would look different.

I got these for my daughter's 3 year old MLP party and she loved them.

Beautiful ! Had a little trouble in receiving at first, but arrived in time. Thank you there so cute. My granddaughter will love them.

Rachel truly is talented. I couldn’t be happier with how these shoes turned out. These shoes were ordered for my wedding and they definitely exceeded my expectations! I gave 4 stars due to a hiccup in communication. Once, communication was back in order everything went smoothly.

I ordered some shoes as a gift for my little sis from ms mermaid and they got lost in the mail vortex somewhere. Upon realizing this I contacted the shop and she immediately painted me a new pair and had it shipped almost overnight. She was also willing to compensate me for the time between purchasing the shoes and receiving them. The shoes are friggin awesome and the customer service is impeccable. Way to go!
