    No Ordinary Tales is a brand founded in 2014, by two sisters for whom it is important to do what you love and love what you do. They could not find this in daily life and ordinary jobs and decided to take control in their own hands.

Payment

We accept bank transfer, PayPal, Ideal, Etsy Voucher and credit card.
If you pay by bank transfer, pay within a week otherwise we will have to cancel your order.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped after the start of payment with PostNL. We will make sure that every product is packed properly, safely and nicely!
We will do our best to ship your item within 3 to 5 working days. The duration of the shipment depends on where you live.

When you order multiple products from us, we ensure that everything is shipped at the same time and together to keep the shipping costs as low as possible.

Mail us if you would like your order to be sent by registered mail. Then we ensure that this happens, this does entail extra costs.

We are not responsible for any customs fees. These costs are for the buyer of the product.
