Payment
To purchase a product, you must register with Etsy. This is easy: Click on the 'register' tab at the top left of the menu bar > enter your e-mail address, come up with a password and a username (entering your first and last name is not required) > click on register. You are registered! Registration is free of charge.

Shipping
All odds&ends items are sent from the Netherlands by standard mail
If you want to send with track & trace or parcel post, please send me a message before you place your order.
I'll send the purchase to the address you provided. Do you check if that is correct?
My aim is to ship within 2 working days. If there is an emergency, please let me know, and I will do my best.
You will receive an email confirmation from me stating the date I will send your purchase. In the Netherlands it usually takes 1 to 2 working days before the package falls on your doormat. For Belgium, it usually takes a little longer.
All international buyers are responsible for any additional additional fees and taxes. I advise you to check with your local post office if there are any additional costs and taxes.
