A warm welcome to you and thank you for visiting my FeltFolk shop. Here you enter a world of handmade dolls, felt animals and nativity scenes. My designs are available as a DIY-kit with needed materials or as a PDF pattern.
Several years ago I started working with felt and I’ve been addicted ever since. After a couple of years I started my own atelier in the Netherlands called Atelier het Uilenhuis (meaning Owl House). Now I sell my patterns and kits all over the world in this Etsy shop.
I hope you get inspired by my handmade items and kits, and will enjoy how much fun it is to make them.

She also followed up with me to make sure it would arrive in time for her birthday. My mother was very excited to open her present and can’t wait to make this Cinderella piece. :)

Here you enter a world of handmade felt dolls, nativity scenes, animals and lots more. A couple of years ago I fell in love with felt and I've been addicted ever since.

Please contact the seller if you have any problems with your order.
Payment
Payment can be made in euros via PayPal and for customers in the Netherlands via bank transfer. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can use a Credit or Debit card.
You then choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. On the right hand side of the next page you will see 2 options, the 2nd one is to pay using a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact.
My items are made and sold from the Netherlands, and therefore NL legislation applies. The buyer is responsible for any taxes on the item. The buyer will also be responsible for any charges on exchange if euros are not their currency.
Shipping
FeltFolkDesigns ships worldwide from the Netherlands using PostNL. I do not ship with tracking as standard as it is very expensive, if you wish to ship with tracking please contact me before ordering for a quote.
FeltFolk is located in the Netherlands, Europe.
- Shipping within the Netherlands normally takes 2-3 working days.
- Packages shipped to Europe normally take 3-6 working days.
- Shipping to the USA have been experiencing some delays due to American customs legislation. Packages normally take around 1-2 weeks to arrive, however some have been delayed as long as 8 weeks.
- Shipping to the rest of the world takes approximately 1-2 weeks, although customs can occasionally delay packages further.
Additional policies and FAQs
If your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, I can include a personal message card from you for no extra charge. If you would like this service please let me know what you would like me to write (to fit on a postcard) in the "Note to FeltFolkDesigns" during checkout.
O T H E R P O L I C I E S A N D I N F O
Most ornaments or DIY-kits are intended for collectors over 5 years old. They are not suitable for small children as they will not stand up to vigorous play and include small parts (felt/beads) that could easily be swallowed. Some of the waldorf dolls are suitable for younger children.
