Does the Covid-19 pandemic have any influence on the delivery of my order?
Yes, there are still delays on shipping worldwide. I still make sure to ship twice a week and have your orders out as seen in the time frame as you place your order. For the most current information to your country you can check our national postal service website: https://www.postnl.nl/en/customer-service/delivery-status/international-service-alerts/
What can I do if my package still hasn't arrived?
If your package still hasn't arrived, please be patience. I'm happy to answer all of your questions or concerns via Etsy messaging. But please be aware that I do not have the power to influence a global pandemic or international shipping companies.
In rare cases pacakages may have delays up to 11 weeks. Although this is rare, it does still happen and I will have to ask you to sit tight within that period of time.
If your package still hasn't arrived after that time frame, and you fear it might be lost, I'm happy to help find solutions that will make you smile again.
Why does my order show 1 -11 weeks for delivery while the item listing shows shorter delivery times?
Because of the global pandemic, orders can take longer to arrive.
The listing shows the options I buy for your shipping, all packages have a priority shipping label and are send via Royal Mail. By using Royal Mail and using priority shipping labels, I am doing all that I can to have your order delivered at your home a.s.a.p.
The listing shows the normal amount of time it will take for your package to arrive. Most orders will still be delivered within the normal time frame, but since I ship to every country in the world, your country might be affected differently. If there are any special notices for your country, you might already be aware of it, or check the link to my national postal site, posted on this page.
Can I track my package?
Yes, all packages are now being send with tracking information. I will notify you on Etsy itself and will also email you a direct link from the Royal Mail website, showing the updates along the way.

Due to personalization of our handmade items and the uniqueness of our vintage finds, we cannot accept returns unless fault on our end.
Any changes with personalization and cancellations must be made within 1 hour of placing the order, already shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
If you purchase our vintage items, please be sure to look at the pictures in that listing. Any existing dents, nicks or tears will be showed upfront, and it just that which gives these items their character
