Item arrived as described, and packaging was great, a nice note was left with the order! I have to say however, the cork bark is very thin. I do not see it holding up for a long time. The sphagnum moss is of a lesser variety, the strands of it are short, and other plant material is present. Not lots, just a little here and there. Overall, a cute gift with great intentions, just not the most premier products.
