Eftersom dessa varor tillverkas på beställning och/eller specialbeställda accepteras inte returer och byten om det inte föreligger en defekt eller särskilda omständigheter.
Avbokningar måste göras inom 2 dagar från beställningsdatum. Om du köper ett halsband, VÄNLIGEN se till att mäta ditt husdjur korrekt för bästa passform. Halsband som är 2,5 cm breda rekommenderas för hundar som väger 9 kg eller mer eftersom de kan vara för tjocka för mindre raser.
UTLÄNDSKA KÖPARE:
På grund av nya regler skickar jag för närvarande inte till Europa. Observera att din vara kan komma att hållas kvar i tullen för inspektion, vilket försenar leveranstiden och att du kan debiteras en tullavgift eller importskatt. Tyvärr finns det inget jag kan göra åt dessa avgifter och kan inte hållas ansvarig. Tulllagstiftningen gör importören (köparen) ansvarig för dessa avgifter, så se till att du känner till dessa lagar innan du köper en vara från utlandet. Returer accepteras inte för köpare som inte är medvetna om tullavgifter och skatter.

I enjoy creating items for people and pets alike, in hopes of bringing even just a bit more joy into their lives. All items are lovingly handmade by me with the best moral support from my own super pups and 2 super kids.
If you have any problems with your orders, please message me and I would be more than happy to work with you to ensure that you and/or your pets are happy with the product. Due to the nature of these items being made to order and/or custom, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is a defect or special circumstances involved.
Cancellations must be made within 2 days of order date. If purchasing a collar, PLEASE be sure to measure your pet correctly for the best fit. 1" wide collars are recommended for dogs 20lbs+ since they can be too thick for smaller breeds.
OVERSEAS BUYERS:
Due to new regulations, I currently am not shipping to Europe. Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about these fees and cannot be held responsible. Customs laws make the importer (the buyer) responsible for these fees so please do be sure you know these laws before purchasing an item from overseas. Returns will not be accepted for buyers that are unaware of the custom fees and taxes.
