♥Rules♥

All clothes/costumes are sewn most by hands and sewing machine. I always make sure to use the best materials and create cute outfits.

-For who will pay using Paypal, we will ship to the address noted on Paypal. Ensure it's correct, since we will be mailing your items to this address (or send a note if you prefer we ship to a different address).

♥Shipping♥

My shipping costs are intended for "Priority International" or "Poste 1" (for Italians only)- They have a shipping code but not a tracking number. If you prefer your items be sent as "Registered Mail" with a tracking number, please contact me before place the order with the name of your country so that we'll prepare a custom listing for you with the adjusted price.

It never happened so far (since 2012) but if an item would arrived damaged, please keep it in it's original packaging and contact me straight away. I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once they have been sent, but I will have proof of postage and will assist in claiming compensation from the postal services. I will also not be responsible for any loss shipped as Priority mail.
All orders are always well packed and usually the shipping times are indicated on each listing.

*******IMPORTANT******
International orders arrival have usually an average around 2-3 weeks in transit,
but can sometimes take 3-4 weeks to arrive because of a combination of customs and distance.

This is an example (items should arrive more fastly than this, but can happen a slow delivery sometimes) . You can estimate the average time (in some USA's countries or outside Europe, an example is this: for an item shipped on Jan 13, can left Italy 16 Jan and be delivered to the destination on February 6)

- Pretty Doll Store is a separate, privately owned business. I am not authorized by or in any way affiliated with any of the dolls shown in my shop's photos. The dolls on this web site are models only. I do not promote or recommend any particular doll.

-All clothes are made in an environment with no smoke and pet -free.

-The color of the pictures may be slight different from the original, please notice.

- Some details (like buttons, tiny beads, trims or embellishments, may have a different color depending to the stock in that moment). But usually if is not stated, the item arrive exactly like in the photo or very similar, and in any case always beautiful and cute!

-Keep in mind that these are items made by hand, therefore, they need to be handled gently and treated with care.
Wash only with few delicate soap and dry it without expose it directly to the sunshine. Protect the item with a cloth before use iron only at low-temperature!
The presence of some imperfection have to be considered normal for the fact that they are unique items made ​​by hand and not by a machine!
