Terms Of Use
PERSONAL USE:
All products at ProjectPixels come with a Personal Use License.
Scrapbooking, invitations, card-making, social media, personal business promotion, crafts, etc. Anything you like, as long as they are used for your own personal, not for profit use.
COMMERCIAL USE:
All products at ProjectPixels come with a small Commercial Use License of up to 100 end units. Anything over 100 end units will need an Extended Commercial License.
License Allowances
- You MAY use my graphics to create physical and printed goods. You cannot sell my graphics "as is”. You must incorporate the graphics into your overall design to create a new finished product.
- If you are selling digital products, files must be flattened and sold for personal use only. You cannot sell my graphics "as is", or include any of my original files in your download.
General Restrictions
You MAY NOT:
- Claim my graphics as your own. I retain copyright to all graphics in my shop.
- Share, resell or redistribute my digital files.
- Use my graphics to create digital paper, clip art or other design resources (even if altered).
- Print and resell my graphics "as is" in sheets of paper or fabric without an Extended Commercial License.
- Use my graphics in your software program or app without an Extended Commercial License.
- Use my graphics as is (including color changes) to create products on Zazzle, CafePress, or any other print on demand site.
