I accept both Paypal and Etsy Gift Card.

:: Payment is required within 2 days of transaction. I will cancel a sale if there is no communication within that timeframe and will relist the item. If you are unable to make payment within that timeframe, please send a convo immediately following the Etsy check out and arrangements will be made accordingly.

All items are shipped using Italian Postal service as this is by far the cheapest method. Ordinary postal service will take between 3 to 25 days depending on destination and package's size, please mail me IN ADVANCE OF PURCHASE for detail and also if you would like your item to arrive quicker.
Approximately Ordinary Postal service will take between 3 to 14 days for light and small items, like crocheted or knitted hats, but it may take up to 25 days for the pieces that need a particular box, like felt hats.

Priority mail service is however more expensiveI do not make any profit from shipping and will charge the exact amount the post office charges me. Postal charges from Italy to Europe, Japan, US, etc, are different, please ask if you have any question about.

Qte Design is not responsible for any lost parcels unless posted priority mail and no replacement or refund will be given if the hat is lost by the postal service.

Your country of residence may add import charges and VAT on an item. These charges are solely the responsibility of the buyer and Qte Design is not liable for any extra charges.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside Italy may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; Qte Design has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond my original delivery estimates.

It is an offence to falsify customs documents therefore when posting hats I cannot mark them as "gift" or falsify the value of the hat.

Custom orders are always welcome please mail me for information. I can make something similar to what is in my shop but in different colours etc. or make a completely unique piece to match an outfit or just an idea in your head.
