Welcome in our webshop RetroVases.
We are collectors and sellers of the most beautiful European ceramics and pottery of the Mid-Century.

All items we are selling are original from the 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's.
They are all in good condition unless otherwise stated.

We ship worldwide and all items are packed with great care (bubble wrap/box in box).
The shipping price depends on weight of the package and country to ship.
Please contact us for the shipping prices to your country.

We only ship insured with a track and trace code.
Combined shipping is possible, if you are interested in more than 1 item per parcel, please contact us before adding them to your cart, so you can save on shipping costs.
Overpaid postage will be refunded.
Please note, we do offer to hold back your items for as long as you wish in order to save on postage. So just please inform us if you wish us not to ship your item for an unlimited period.

Sorry, but we cannot be held responsible for the mishandling of items by postal services,lost items, taxes and custom fees or postal transit time.
Please be aware that your country might charge a customs fee to import items into your country. RetroVases cannot be held responsible for that.

We only sell second hand (vintage) goods, so there will be no VAT on the invoice (margin scheme).

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
Right of withdrawal:
When purchasing products the consumer has the possibility to disband the agreement without giving any reasons during 14 days. This period starts on the day the consumer receives the product.
During this period the consumer shall treat the product and the package carefully. The consumer shall only unpack or use the product only to extent as it is necessary to judge if he wishes to keep the product. If he does want to execute the right of withdrawal, he shall return the product with all accessories and -if reasonably possible- in the original conditioning and packaging to the seller, in accordance with the provided reasonable and clear instructions of the seller.

Costs in case of withdrawal:
Should the consumer exercise the right of withdrawal,he has to pay the costs of returning the product.
If the customer has made a payment,we will return this amount a soon as the product is returned in the same condition as we sold it.
We accept Paypal for payment, but if you live in the Netherlands or other European countries you can contact us if you want to pay with a bank transfer.

Please keep in mind that most items are original vintage from the 50's till the 80's, and must there for be expected to have normal wear and tear for their age ( life marks)
All items are in good / excellent condition unless otherwise mentioned in the item description.
All items are described and photographed to the best of my abilities. Colours of the pieces on photos may vary slightly from reality. If you want to see additional photos of an item before purchasing, just ask.
