I bought the zapper with multiple frequency capabilities. Rechargeable is so amazing. I have owned many and this one is my favourite one so far. I highly recommend his products. After talking with the company, showing videos and photos as proof of not working, the owner conceded to offer a refund. Unfortunately for me this one was faulty, but the owner assured me this was unusual. The owner wanting to keep good customer satisfaction agreed to a full refund. I was satisfied with the final outcome. Thank you.

What happens if I refuse the package to avoid customs fees?
Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes in their country. If a package is refused or unclaimed, shipping costs (even if marked as “free”) will be deducted from the refund. A restocking fee of up to 20% may also apply. No refund is provided if the item is not returned or arrives damaged.
Do you refund returned packages due to incorrect address or unclaimed delivery?
