This privacy policy explains how and when I collect use and share information when you buy an item from me or contact me through Etsy. To fulfil your order you must provide me with certain information which you let Etsy give to me. This includes your name email address postal address payment information and the details of the product you are ordering. You might also choose to give me more personal information if you contact me directly.

I rely on a few legal bases to collect and use your information. I use it as needed to provide my services such as when I use your information to fulfil your order or settle disputes. I also use it when you have provided your clear consent which you can take back at any time. I will use your details if I have to follow a legal thing or a court order or to do with a legal claim like keeping buying details if the tax people say so.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations to them. I hire certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties but only to the extent needed to perform these services.

I keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services. I may also have to keep this information to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. I generally keep your data for four years.

If you live in certain places including the EU you have rights regarding your personal information. You can ask for a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me. You may also have rights to change or restrict my use of or delete your personal information. Unless I am required to store data for legal reasons I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
