Item was not what I ordered. The sizing is not correct. I spent over 8 hours making just to find out sizing is incorrect. And with no instructions or communication on how to change sizing it was a bad experience and time wasted.

If you look at the reviews, you'll see that customers are very happy with this model, and no one has ever complained about the sizing before. The issue is that you chose the wrong size. Next time, I encourage you to double-check the size before you start working on a pair of shoes.
