Często zadawane pytania
Are these physical crochet items?
No. All crochet patterns in this shop are digital PDF downloads. No physical finished item will be shipped.
What will I receive after purchase?
You will receive the digital crochet pattern files included with the listing. Please check the individual listing description for the exact file format, contents, skill level, and materials required.
How do I download my pattern?
After your purchase is completed, Etsy will make your digital files available for download. You can access your purchased files through your Etsy account under Purchases. Etsy currently notes that digital purchases cannot be downloaded directly through the Etsy app, so please use Etsy.com through a browser if needed.
Can I share the PDF with a friend?
No. The purchased PDF is for your personal use only. Please do not share, redistribute, upload, resell, reproduce, or claim the pattern as your own.
If someone would like the pattern, please direct them to the original Etsy listing.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Because digital crochet patterns are downloadable digital products, purchases are generally not eligible for return or exchange. However, if you experience a problem with your files or believe you received an incorrect file, please contact us through Etsy Messages and we'll be happy to help.
Do I receive yarn or crochet supplies?
No. This listing is for a digital crochet pattern only. Yarn, hooks, and other physical materials are not included unless specifically stated in the listing.
