Where is my package?
Although I do not provide actual tracking, Etsy utilizes a 3rd party that attaches tracking when I print any shipping label. This tracking is not always accurate and can take extra time to update as it isn’t always scanned since it’s not a USPS tracking number. I can assure you that when the shipping label is printed, your package is immediately taken to the mailbox! 🤗 I unfortunately cannot control the speed of USPS mail once it leaves my hands. Please allow a few extra days.
Can I personalize something or request a custom product?
Absolutely! I would love to work with you in creating something you love so message me and we can chat!
I never received my package. Now what?
This will be handled on a case by case basis. If you did not receive your package and it was marked “delivered”, please reach out directly to me. Check with your neighbors. Contact your local post office and request a GPS coordinate of where it was dropped or left.
There is something wrong with my item I purchased. What can I do?
You will need to contact me within 14 days of delivery. Please provide any pictures and description.
