🐾 How do I tell you what I'd like engraved?
It's easy! Simply leave your pet's name, dates, message, or engraving details in the personalisation box when ordering.
If you'd rather chat first, just send Beth and Lucy a message and we'll be happy to help. We engrave exactly what you provide, so please double-check spelling before placing your order.
🐾 Can you engrave other languages or special symbols?
Absolutely!
We can engrave names and messages in many different languages and can often include symbols such as hearts ♥, stars ★, paw prints 🐾 and more.
If you're unsure whether we can engrave something special, just pop us a message and we'll take a look.
🐾 How do I choose the right size?
Each listing includes measurements and size information to help you choose.
If you're still unsure, don't worry — send us a message and we'll happily help you find the perfect fit for your furry friend.
🐾 How long will my order take to arrive?
Every item is made to order, so we take great care creating your keepsake before it leaves our workshop.
Estimated delivery times:
• UK: 3–7 working days
• Europe: 5–15 working days
• USA & Canada: 7–15 working days
• Australia & New Zealand: 7–20 working days
Please allow a little extra time during busy periods such as Christmas.
🐾 Will I receive tracking information?
Yes!
As soon as your order is dispatched, tracking details will be uploaded to your order so you can follow its journey all the way to your door.
🐾 What happens if there's a problem with my order?
We genuinely want every customer to be delighted with their purchase.
If your item arrives damaged or there's an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo and we'll do everything we can to make things right.
🐾 Do I need to pay customs fees or import charges?
Most customers won't need to pay anything extra, but customs policies vary between countries.
If you're ordering from outside the UK and have any concerns, please feel free to contact us before ordering.
