Didn't receive order so messaged seller. Hadn't received notification of order and v apologetic. Asked for it to be sent still. A week later still not sent and an email to say a refund had been issued for some reason.

Didn’t even get the item on the date it was meant to come, when asked the seller I got one message back, I messaged a couple of more times for a update, nothing. So got a refund thankfully but will not buy again from this seller, also this was my first time buying from Etsy, such a shame, thank you Etsy for the refund.
