PRINTABLES: What is a ZIP file?
A zip file is a folder of one or more files compressed in order to help with transportation of the files. As our artworks are available to be printed in a variety of ratios and therefore multiple files are supplied we require to zip the folders for upload and download.
PRINTABLES: How to open a ZIP file?
To have access to your files in the zip folder simply right click on the folder and select 'extract files'. This will create a new unzipped folder with all your files from which you can use to print your artwork.
PRINTABLES: What happens if my email is incorrect on my account?
Your files can still be found on your Etsy account, go to 'Your Account' > 'Purchases & Reviews' > 'Purchases' > 'Download Files'. Please note you need to use the Etsy Desktop version as the app does not have this feature.
PRINTABLES: Where can I find the digital download files?
Your digital download can be found either in an email sent by Etsy or online on Etsy under 'Your Account' > 'Purchases & Reviews' > 'Purchases' > 'Download Files'. Please note you need to use the Etsy Desktop version as the app does not have this feature.
PRINTABLES: Can I receive a refund on digital downloads?
Unfortunately sales on digital downloads are final and refunds are not permitted.
