4 out of 5 starsWas told that the engraver was broken and would not have the recipient’s name on it, which was fine but since that was included in the original cost, some kind of discount would have been nice. The seller has reached out and offered a 10% discount on the order due to the engraver not working. When I ordered it delivery window was supposed to be between the 16th and 20th. It didn’t even ship until the 15th. The box was tossed into the middle of our yard and the box had been smashed on the ends. Fortunately it was packed in the box very well and the item was in tact. The sellers were nice enough, but as an overall experience it was disappointing.
