This shop is full of my handmade cards to send a hug or a giggle ~ a congratulations or a get well ~ a goodbye or a hello. The shop also has new and lightly-used stamps and other crafting supplies for you to make your own cards!
I'm sorry to have raised my prices, but both Etsy and USPS have increased fees and added charges. Unfortunately, even a $.50 increase per item is a lot for a small shop like mine. Thank you for understanding.

Working on my card with Monica completely exceeded my expectations! I was hesitant to ask about changing dog to a beagle, but asked anyway. To my surprise Monica found a way to make it happen! I also requested a custom greeting inside and it was no problem at all! The card actually brought tears to the eyes of our friends. They texted when they received it and said: "The card…..!!!!! I literally have no words right now except we are in immediate need of a frame!!! We LOVE it!!!!!!" I totally recommend this shop and will definitely be using them again! Peace be with you❤️

How did SunriseSentiments get its name?

Choosing a shop name was not easy. It had to describe the shop's purpose, sound catchy, and reflect my personality. Of course, I went through many ideas ranging from cutesy to unpronounceable.
Then, after a long night of sitting at the computer and struggled with the best wording for store policies, I realized that the sun was rising. The sky was transforming from black to yellow, red, orange, and pink! It was glorious! It made me smile and feel light-hearted ~ ready for this new day with all of its possibilities.
That is what I want my cards to convey. I want them to make someone smile, feel better and look forward. I want both the sender and receiver to feel a moment of connection through the physical card and the words in it.
So...
'Sunrise' for the feelings of a new day.
'Sentiments' for the words of joy, comfort, connection, and love.

Yes. I have several stamps for different sentiments. I will also use a printer to add a specific name or greeting to a card.
