Because all linoleum products are printed by hand, no two linoleum prints are exactly identical. That is the charm of the process that has been handmade and is always unique. Do you have a special request, a question or comment, please contact us. I like to hear from you and will do my best to answer your questions.
Because the screen print products are printed by hand, no two items are completely identical. So you always have a unique item. Keep in mind that the colors shown on your computer screen in reality may be slightly different.

• Prices in this shop include 21% VAT.
• Payment is required after purchase.
• Your purchases will be sent only after payment is received.
• If payment is not, or not entirely received the order will be canceled.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Most country's Customs agencies open and/or assess fees to a random selection of packages. Any Customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. Unfortunately I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and therefore I cannot not responsible for those charges by your country's Customs agencies. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.
Shipping
Shipping is very expensive. That's why I try to send at lowest possible price and there is no guarantee.
• We ship via regular mail. If you want your purchases to be send insured / registered mail, send a message so I can let you know what it costs and can create a custom listing for you.
• We will send your package as soon as possible, but generally within 3 business days after receipt of payment. If, for whatever reason, there will be an extended delivery time on your purchases then let you know immediately.
• Do you need an urgent delivery? Let us know then we look at the possibilities.
• We send all packets with PostNL and can not take responsibility for the quality of their services. From the moment your parcel is delivered by PostNL is no longer under our control. We are not responsible for the speed of delivery and damage / loss during transport. You can have your order sent by registered mail if required (see above).
