INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK - All international orders are sent without tracking. If you want tracking then you must purchase this at checkout. Orders that go missing will not be refunded unless you purchased the tracking upgrade. This is to protect against scammers.

As I am only one man sometimes it is not easy to get your order sent out quickly. I try to dispatch within 2 days but sometimes it takes longer especially for bigger orders which require more printing time.

If your item arrives damaged or with missing pieces I will happily replace them free of charge. This offer is only valid if you contact me before leaving a negative review. Bases are provided as a courtesy and refunds and reships are not provided for missing bases unless they are a custom sculpted base

Import and local taxes are you own responsibility to check. Rejected orders will not be refunded. USA customs duties are paid by me but other taxes may apply
