Underground Stack privacy policy
Updated October 16, 2026

Underground Stack is operated by Utkrisht Batra, the data controller for personal information used by this shop. For privacy requests, contact undergroundstack01@gmail.com or message UndergroundStack through Etsy.

Information and purposes
Etsy provides the order information needed to deliver digital purchases, provide support and resolve order issues. This may include your name, email address, transaction details and information in messages. Etsy handles payment processing; do not send us card numbers, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. Information is used to perform the purchase contract, meet applicable recordkeeping obligations, and pursue legitimate interests in resolving disputes and preventing fraud. We do not sell buyer information or add buyers to marketing lists.

Sharing and retention
Information is shared with Etsy as needed to operate the shop and with authorities when legally required. Etsy is responsible for its own platform processing and privacy practices. Any separate shop-held copies are kept only as long as needed for support, open disputes and applicable legal recordkeeping, then deleted when those purposes end. Etsy controls retention of information held on its platform, so deleting a shop-held copy does not delete Etsy's records.

International processing
Information accessed through Etsy may be processed outside your country. Etsy explains its international processing arrangements and safeguards in its Privacy Policy: https://www.etsy.com/legal/privacy/. This shop does not require customers to connect outside services or submit personal information through the purchased workbook.

Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and complain to your local data protection authority. Some requests are subject to legal recordkeeping requirements. Contact the controller using the business email above for shop-held information. For Etsy account or platform-held information, contact Etsy directly. Please identify the relevant order without sending payment credentials or identification documents.
