I am delighted with these woole felting mats. Really good value and quality. In fact some if the best that I have found. They came wrapped in lovely paper and string, so lovely. All natural no plastic!! Would recommend

I was super happy to be an Etsy seller's first sale! Unfortunately, the seller never marked my order as dispatched, ignored messages for days, and ignored my request for a refund. I had to ask Etsy to step in to resolve the issue and get my money back. I've been a buyer and seller on Etsy for many years, and this is the first negative review I've ever written. I just don't want others to have the same experience when there are tonnes of amazing and professional sellers on Etsy.
