How Can I Access My Downloaded Product?
Once purchased, you will receive a download link for your template as a PDF File. This will be located under the 'Purchases and Reviews' tab. After downloading, the PDF File contains another link, directing you to Canva where you can edit your product as desired.
Purchased A Download Without An Etsy Account (Guest)?
If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.
Made-to-order digital items will be sent once the seller has finished them. If you no longer have access to the email account you used to make the original purchase, please contact the seller directly to discuss how they can send you your files.
