    I am an artist living in the Netherlands. I love to create 3D artworks out of polymer clay and 2D artworks with pencils and ink pens, colouring them either digitally or with markers. I have a fantasy style but enjoy cartoon styles as well.

Welcome to my Etsy Store! I have handmade all sculptures, using polymer clay (Fimo, Sculpey/Premo, Cernit) with added materials such as beads, pearls, stones, wood, glass, metal objects and Swarovski elements. Whatever I think is pretty and can be baked at a low temperature with the clay, I'll find something cool to do with it.

I like to combine both beauty and usage. I like to create a beautiful 3D piece that can also be used as a tea light or candle holder, a picture frame or vase that look good on their own, a sculpture that can also be worn as a pendant.

Apart from 3D artworks I also draw, colouring it either digitally or by hand with markers. I offer both original artworks as well as prints of the originals.
In all types of media my love for working with colour and what makes pleasing combinations works through.

I've been greatly inspired by artists such as Christi Friesen, Wendy Pini and mother Nature herself, not forgetting my large stash of animations movies and the things I see around me, mixing it all up and putting my own spin on things. I hope you will find something to your liking here! I have put a lot of love and effort into all of my items and I hope you will enjoy them for times to come!

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
You (the buyer) have the right to send back your purchased items within 14 days after receiving them without stating a reason and get a refund for the purchased item(s) (original shipping costs excluded). You must inform me that you wish to send back your order and do so before sending back the items, by e-mail or using Etsy Conversations. It is also advised to keep a proof of your sending. The item(s) must be in its/their original condition and packaged well. The costs for sending back the item(s) will be for you and you are responsible for sending the item(s) back to me in a proper way.

While a reason is not obligatory, if there is a problem with the items received (such as it being the wrong item or it is incomplete), please do let me know and we can try to sort something out.

I do not exchange items unless I've made a clear mistake. If you send back an item and wish for a new one, you will have to order it the same way you did the first time.

If the purchased items were damaged in transit to you, please notify me as quickly as possible and send me photos of the damaged items (and box if necessary) as I will need these as proof to show the PostNL customer service. As the items are insured I will have to notify the PostNL customer service within 7 days to get the refund with which I can refund you, so the quicker the better.
Payment
I except payments through Etsy Payments.

All prices are including 6% or 21% VAT, according to the law of my country (The Netherlands). As Etsy does not have a VAT tool at this moment in time, this VAT will not be deducted from the price for non-EU customers. Instead I urge you to request a Custom Order with me which will allow me to create one and deduct the VAT that way. From all the complicated ways to make sure you get the 0% this seems to be the fairest and most straight forward.

Please be aware that you as a non-EU customer are responsible for payment of all local taxes, customs duty, processing and import fees.
Shipping
I ship world wide via PostNL. Any item that doesn't fit through the opening of a letterbox will be sent as a parcel. Items can be combined up till approx. 1900 grams without extra shipping costs.
Small an/or flat items that fit (together) in a (bubble) envelope will have a lower shipping rate. If combined with a larger item however parcel rates apply.

I only offer shipping of parcels with Track & Trace and signature for delivery. Items will be insured till €500.
Letterbox delivery is without Track & Trace, signature nor insurance unless requested and will be €8 (Netherlands), €11 (Europe) or €16 (the rest of the world). Please contact me before you place your order.

Once you've purchased your item(s) I will keep you up to date when I will have posted the parcel and whenever possible give you the information necessary to keep track of the delivery.

On the whole delivery times for the Netherlands is 1 day, for most EU countries 3-5 days and the rest of the world 1-2 weeks. Please note that it may take longer than that due to delays and processing in the country of delivery.
Additional policies and FAQs
Whilst polymer clay is very sturdy once baked, small and/or thin details can be fragile. Most of my work is not designed to be handled a lot or to be played with and thus should be handled with care and kept out of reach from small children.

Take care when cleaning. Dusting the items with a soft brush should suffice. I myself always use make-up brushes.

I also advise to keep the items from long exposure to direct sunlight as discolouration may occur. Definitely don't put them in water as this can break down the polymers and/or varnish over time. An exception is made for items coated with epoxy resin, specifically to make them waterproof so they can be submerged in aquariums and such.
