TIEMPO DE PROCESAMIENTO: ¡Soy estudiante! Sin embargo, intento enviar los pedidos durante toda la semana. Por favor, avísame si necesitas tu pedido para una fecha específica para que pueda ajustarlo.

ENTREGA: Los pedidos internacionales pueden llegar con retraso respecto al plazo de entrega estimado de Etsy debido a retrasos en la aduana. Normalmente, esto no es motivo de preocupación. Sin embargo, si ha pasado un mes desde el envío y no ha llegado, por favor, envíame un mensaje y con gusto lo solucionaremos.

SEGUIMIENTO: El envío predeterminado para los pedidos es sin seguimiento, que es como envío la mayoría de los paquetes. Si desea seguimiento, seleccione la opción de envío mejorada.

ARANCELES DE EE. UU.: Los pedidos enviados a EE. UU. no tendrán cargos adicionales al momento de la entrega.

PRE-ORDEN: Los pedidos anticipados tardan de 2 a 3 semanas en estar listos. Si hay algún retraso (debido a la fabricación o por motivos personales), consulta el tiempo de envío estimado en tu pedido.

PLÁSTICO PROTECTOR: Todos los dijes acrílicos tienen una película protectora resistente en la capa sin epoxi que se puede despegar si el cliente lo desea.

NOTAS PERSONALIZADAS: ¡No dudes en enviarme cualquier nota que quieras escribir! Deja tu nombre al final ^_^

OFERTAS CON DESCUENTO: Al comprar un paquete de dúo/trío, etc., simplemente deja una nota o mensaje después de la compra para que sepa qué personajes quieres. Si no lo haces después de una semana, haré una suposición (la opción más popular).

ERRORES: Como solo soy una persona, pueden ocurrir errores. Si falta algo o algún artículo llegó dañado, por favor, envíame una foto de tu pedido y te ayudaré.

PROCESSING TIME: I am a student! However, I try to ship batches throughout the week. Please let me know if there is a specific day you need your order by so I can adjust accordingly.

DELIVERY: International orders may arrive later than Etsy's estimated delivery time due to delays in customs. This is usually nothing to worry about. However, after a month has passed since postage and it hasn't arrived please drop me a message & I'm happy to resolve.

TRACKING: The default shipping for orders are untracked which is how I send most parcels. If you would like tracking, please choose the upgraded shipping option.

US TARRIFS: Orders shipped to the US will have no extra charges upon delivery.

PREORDERING: Preorders take 2-3 weeks to be ready. If there is a delay (due to manufacturing or personal reasons), please refer to the estimated shipping time on your order.

PROTECTIVE PLASTIC: All acrylic charms have a tough protective film on the non-epoxy layer that can be peeled off if the customer wishes.

PERSONALISED NOTES: Feel free to send me anything appropriate you'd like written as a note! Leave a name at the end ^_^

DISCOUNT DEALS: When buying a duo / trio deal etc, just leave a note or message after purchasing so I know which characters! Failing to do so after a week will result in an... educated guess (the most popular choice).
