Niceness is a web store owned by Marlene. She grew up surrounded by antique and vintage items that were collected and sold in her parents antique store. It didn't take long before she also fell in love with collecting old items and selling antique and vintage.
In the near future niceness.com will be up and running. Hopefully it will become a webshop people will visit often. Not just because of its quality items but also to stay up-to-date with news about vintage, antiques, arts and design.

I try my best to list items as accurately as possible. Items are sold 'as is', so please read the description carefully.

Buyers are responsible for any and all charges related to delivery, including, but not limited to, clearance and/or customs fees, duties and/or taxes, in addition to any brokerage fees that may be charged by the shipper. Please be familiar with the laws of your country.
Remember also that international shippers and/or customs agencies can sometimes take weeks to clear packages for delivery. We have no control over this. (This period of time will not be considered as a reason for a refund.)
My aim is to send your item within 24 hours after purchase. However, please note that, occasionally, it can take up to 4 days. If so, I will inform you in time.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis depending on the circumstances ~ if there is a problem, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your purchase and we will be happy to work with you to resolve any difficulties.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please be sure to mark your package "RETURNED GOODS" . If not, any undue taxes will not be refunded.
-In case the product comes back for wrong address or any other reasons I will only refund the money for the price of the item(s). If the buyer wants the product(s) to be resend, the buyer needs to pay for shipping costs again. These costs will only be covered by Niceness if it was our mistake.
-Refund under particular cases will be completed once the package with the item(s) come back to me in the same condition as when they were sent.
-Shipping costs to send the package back to me in order to proceed for a refund, are under buyers expenses.
-Breakage: We always pack fragile items with a great deal of care. If an item is broken during shipping, please take pictures and keep all packing materials as they will be needed for insurance purposes. I only accept returns when an item is damaged during transport. Contact me within 24 hours of package arrival when your article has been damaged.
