Create your own "Play with Purpose" Otter with this original foundation paper pieced block design. There are Left and Right facing pattern options so you can create different and unique 10-inch blocks. If you can sew a straight line, you can paper-piece. With that said, you should already have a basic understanding of foundation paper piecing to complete this project. Detailed instructions on how to paper piece are not provided in this pattern.
