Rolled in a plastic bag and shipped in a 4"x4"x30" cardboard box.

Please note that we do not accept returns due to the delicate nature of our paper products.

If you receive any prints that are damaged, please contact us within three days of receiving the damaged item(s) and a replacement order will be sent free of charge.

Picture is just as shown at purchase. Shipping tube was a bit damaged which very slightly affected edge of the image but not anything worth returning. The picture itself is fun and whimsical feeling, just as I was hoping. Item was delivered on time and great communication along the way so I knew when to expect it. Will purchase from this store again.
