This nightstand/end table pair is a vibrant example of both the Art Deco and Art Nouveau movements. The rich, multi-colored original wood veneer has been completely refinished and protected with coats of satin lacquer. The vintage amber, orange, brown and yellow notes in the wood glow like they did the day they were born!

Flowing blues and greens compliment each nightstand in classic Art Nouveau patterns that adorn one side. The opposite side on each piece has been left in natural wood to allow for alternating wood with graphic.

Each original bakelite knob was removed and carefully cleaned and polished... followed by a subtle "antiquing" treatment that adds definition and character. Custom backsplashes contrast the geometric Art Deco body style with a more organic, Art Nouveau aesthetic.

The inside of each drawer is lined in wood-grain-black water resistant vinyl, to provide protection for generations to come.

This set is easy to stare at! You'll enjoy the rich colors and even richer history with these Art Deco / Art Nouveau nightstands when they adorn the space of your choice. They can also serve as end tables, bedside tables or entry tables.
