Very helpful with shippinh problem

Prior to placing order I contacted seller to request wholesale pricing and was given a shipping quote more than double what etsy calculated for me buying the same amount from the store itself. 1st red flag. I figured Etsy may have contracts for better rates; went ahead and ordered. Order didn't arrive by estimated date and I contacted seller a week after. They said estimate was for local (Australia) delivery and mine (US) would take 6-8 weeks and he did not get tracking as it was too expensive (gave another insane sounding price for that). 9 weeks after my order, I contact for a refund as I never received. Again a short response, "Australian Post is 6-8 weeks." Clearly they never bothered to check my order date or they'd know it was well past that. 10 weeks later, no refund, no clay, and I've had to open a case. BEWARE!
