Materials: tiger maple, maple

This is a handmade miniature blanket chest or keepsake box. Constructed of beautifully figured Tiger Maple and based on 18th century designs, it features all dovetailed construction, bracket feet, removable tray and mortised lock. It is finished inside and out in an Early American stain and a satin lacquer finish that really makes the figure pop out and gives it a nice warm look and feel. Outside dimensions are roughly 10" long, 5 1/2" wide and 6 1/2" tall. A visually stunning piece that would make a great home for your treasured keepsakes, jewelry, or just for display.
