Processing time for all baby mobiles is about 1-2 weeks.

Almost all orders are shipped via Ukrpost.
Each parcel has its tracking number, they can be tracked by the tracking number in the mail.
It takes approximately 10-27 business days worldwide.

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but I can't guarantee them. Only the postal service is responsible for shipping conditions.

Express shipping is available for additional price - please contact me for shipping upgrade.

Please note that each country has limits for duty-free import of goods. The customs threshold in most European countries is 0 EUR, which means that if the limit is exceeded, the recipient will need to pay VAT / customs duty / brokerage services depending on the customs regulations in his country.
For example, in most European countries, international shipments over $150 with a "sale of goods" label are subject to sales tax and customs duties.
I dont mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts". International government regulations prohibit this practice.
When I ship, I will enclose an invoice with the full cost of the listing/basket! All taxes are paid by the buyer!

Within 21 working days of receiving your order, you should notify me of the return and send it to me.

I don't accept exchanges of my items.

Please make sure the address is correct when placing an order.

If a package is refused upon delivery, never picked up from the post office, or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees.
Only when the package is returned to the seller the buyer can receive a refund.

If your items have not arrived within 45 days, contact me and I will log an investigation through the Postal Service.

Once this is completed, they will contact your country's postal service and both will conduct an investigation in an attempt to locate your package. If the package is officially declared lost, a 100% refund is guaranteed.

For example, you can change the details of any baby mobile in listing (colours, toys etc).
You can also send a picture of your interior and we can match the colour. I can sew a personalised mobile for your little one with your baby's name on the toy (cloud, moon etc).

Wipe the wooden base with a damp cloth or napkin.

If the toy is slightly dirty, you can use a soft clothes brush or a roller with a sticky layer. If the toy is more stubbornly soiled, you can try using a gentle wash by hand in warm water (30*) using baby soap or shampoo. Rinse in warm water (do not squeeze or twist). Then lay the toy on a flat surface to dry completely or dry toy between two light towels.

Also with long-term use felt toys may develop lint on them. They can be easily removed using a special machine for removing lint or ordinary nail scissors.

By following these simple rules, the mobile will delight the eyes of its owners for a long time.

Colors may vary slightly from those in the photo due to individual monitor color settings on your computer or phone.

Keep in mind, that mobile is only decoration!

It should be placed close to the centre of the cot, at the baby's feet, 30-50 cm from the baby's eyes (approximately at a 45* angle).

Such a position provides the best conditions for the baby to follow the movement of the objects without putting undue strain on the baby's eyes.
