This hand dyed yarn is made of 80% SW Merino and 20% Silk. It is 2-ply, with a distinct tight twist. It is put up in large skeins that are 150 grams, with approx. 600 yards each. I love the smoothness of the yarn, and the hint of sheen. It is a true fingering weight. It will also be excellent for weaving. There are 14 wpi. As I get more and more into making shawls myself, I appreciate the shawl-sized skeins and I should carry more of them. This yarn is great for showing lacework and blocks beautifully, while staying nice and soft, and it is a good value for the size of the skein.

This yarn is dyed in bright green, smoky blue, magenta, wine, olive and bits of lavender and gold. Each skein has lots of colors and is unique but they could be used together with alternation.
Hand wash, cold. Line dry.
