This is a great quality tissue paper tassel garland kit although when I received it I had thought I was getting blue and it looks like charcoal gray and I need it for my baby shower. That is my mistake though since the description clearly says gray. The picture is all that confused me! The seller was fast to reach out and try to help me find a solution though! Highly recommend!
