What if I am local to Utah and want to pick up my order?

Orders that are local to Orem Utah and want to pick up, will not have shipping charges! Please message me BEFORE you buy so that I can make sure you are not charged shipping.

How do I wash my mask?

We recommend washing your mask in a lingerie bag on cold/cold and hanging your mask to dry!

What shipping method do you use? Can I change my shipping address once the order has shipped?

I use USPS first class which is generally 3 to 4 business days. Due to COVID-19 orders may take a little bit longer in shipping but they are shipped immediately within one business day of placing your order. All orders are shipped to the address that the customer listed when checking out. We are not responsible for wrong addresses that are put in by the customer.

Do your masks have wire in the nose piece? Do your masks have a pocket insert? How long are the mask ties?

No, because of the pattern I use, these masks stay up really well, also over time metal can rust over time if you are washing it frequently. Our masks do not have a pocket insert, but they do have a double layer of cotton fabric. Our Knit ties are approximately 27.5” long.

Can I message the seller after I have purchased and request a different size than I originally ordered?

You can always message us with any questions or concerns, but please make sure you are selecting the correct size that you want for the specific listing you are looking at. Due to inventory, once an order goes through, that is the size mask we will custom make for your order. Please make sure the size and style are correct BEFORE you purchase! Thank you for understanding.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of Facemasks, the Covid-19 pandemic and that they are made at the time each order is placed (semi custom), we do not offer, refunds, returns, or exchanges on Facemasks. Please message us with any questions on sizing, what the ties are like, etc BEFORE placing an order. We do not offer refunds or replacements for vinyl decals. A quality check is performed before sending out every order. We check & make sure the decal will go up onto the transfer tape. Please watch a YouTube video on how to apply for some added tips! Thank you for understanding!

What if I apply my Vinyl decal incorrectly?

Salt City Craft Co is not responsible for applying decals. Make sure you know where you want it before you place the decal. Make sure you clean the surface you are applying it on before applying it. We recommend a microfiber towel. Applying decals in the sun or when it’s hot out can make it a bit harder! It requires a lot of patience & sometimes trying to apply it from different sides! The transfer tape is extremely sticky and can require some patience and needs to be peeled off very slowly and sometimes from different angles, It’s designed to grab onto the decal to get it ready to put on whatever surface you are using it on! Once it's on, it's on!

Do your accept returns for digital items?

Digital items cannot be returned- therefore all digital items are final sale. No refunds. No exceptions. Thank you for understanding! Please message me BEFORE purchasing if you have questions about certain digital items!
