Returns & Exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions: The item must have a manufacturing defect or fault from our side. The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos. Please note: ❌ Engraved or personalized rings are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. ❌ We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size chosen by the buyer, or personal preference. ❌ Rings returned without any fault or issue from our side will not be accepted.

We offer a complete range of ring sizes to ensure the perfect fit for every hand. Our rings can be made in small, standard, or larger sizes and are carefully crafted according to your selected measurements. Each piece is made to order by skilled artisans who ensure comfort, durability, and elegance in every size. Custom sizing is always available, and if you are unsure about your ring size, we are happy to assist you with sizing guidance. A properly fitted ring ensures comfort for everyday wear as well as special occasions.

✍️ Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. If you cancel your order after 24 hours, the order may already be in the production process, including CAD design and diamond sourcing. In this case, we will deduct the CAD design and diamond cost. Therefore, a 65% refund of the total amount will be issued for cancellations made after 24 hours.

I cannot process any refund until the item is returned and received in its original condition.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

If the ring is made exactly as per the approved design, size, and listing details, we do not accept returns. However, if the buyer still wishes to return the item, they will be responsible for all associated costs, including return shipping, postage, and label charges. Additionally, any labor/production costs and customs duties or taxes already paid will be non-refundable and must be covered by the buyer.

Jewelry Care Guidelines

Proper care helps maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewelry. Please follow these care tips: I. Remove jewelry during workouts, heavy activities, or while applying perfume and hairspray. II. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals. III. Do not allow nail polish remover to touch the metal. IV. If used for stone cleaning, ensure nail polish remover does not come into contact with the metal setting. For cleaning, gently brush stones using warm water and mild soap with a soft brush. Rinse thoroughly to remove soap residue and dry using a clean, soft cloth. Avoid using tissues or paper products, as they may scratch the surface.

No Returns for General Reasons: All items are handcrafted and made to order. Returns are accepted only in cases of verified manufacturing defects. Returns due to personal preference or change of mind are not accepted. Product Accuracy: We provide clear descriptions and high-quality images to represent each item accurately. If you need clarification before purchasing, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to assist. Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are approved only if a manufacturing defect is present, such as undisclosed flaws or incorrect sizing.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and return shipping/return-label costs. The ring must be returned safely and securely in its original condition. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure the package arrives safely. You are also most welcome to have the ring inspected by a local jeweler. If you believe there is any issue with the authenticity or quality of the jewelry, please have it professionally verified and share the inspection results with us.
